At this time, I am offering telehealth services to individuals in Colorado and Washington.

All Washington clients will be directed to book with me via Mindful Therapy Group. Washington clients call 425-640-7009 ext. 1 and request Alissa Shanahan as your provider.

    I offer private sessions online, with some in-person availability in Denver.

    In Washington, I am able to accept Kaiser, Cigna, Aetna, United, Regence, and PacificSource insurance.

    In Colorado, I am able to accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Aetna insurance.

    I currently am in the process of collaborating with other practitioners in the Denver area to provide healing circles and various community offerings.
